Membership
The BHCC is a national non-partisan, non-profit 501(c)3 organization comprised of elected Hispanic officials serving as the chairs and vice chairs of their state Hispanic Caucuses from across the nation, as well as members serving as the chairs of their respective State Legislative Committees. Since its inception in 2006, the BHCC has strived to provide a medium for various Hispanic legislative leaders to form effective and coordinated policy making on issues affecting the Hispanic community, as well as the nation as a whole. The BHCC aims to not only be the catalyst to discussions on important policy issues, it also strives to be the vessel for efficient and smart solutions to these pressing problems.
